Giles is a qualified CEDR mediator and is available to provide mediation services.
He drafted the original Adjudication Rules for CEDR. He has also recently prepared for CEDR or a multiple dispute mechanism schedule for use in PFI and other long term contracts which is currently being promoted to UK Government Departments. This can be viewed and downloaded from CEDR's website at: http://www.cedr.co.uk/library/documents/drpforpfi.pdf
We also offer our services as a Project Adviser, assisting the parties to a contract in resolving difficulties without recourse to legal proceedings.
